The Department of Chemistry, St. Albert’s College (Autonomous) in association with the Albertian Foundation organized a Webinar on Career Oppurtunities in Chemistry on Wednesday, 22nd July, 2020. The resource person for the session was Dr. Basheer M.C, Assistant Professor, Department of Chemistry, PSMO College, Thirurangadi. Dr. Basheer, through his presentation reminded the participants that acquiring a degree or any higher qualification in Chemistry opens doors to a wide range career opportunities across the world. He also gave an insight into a various jobs and careers open to those who have taken chemistry at any level. 250 students actively participated in the webinar.
