The fifth talk of ‘Rhenium-75Re – An International Webinar Series commemorating the Platinum Jubilee of the College organized by the Department of Chemistry and Research Centre, St. Albert’s College (Autonomous) was held on 16December, 2020. The talk was on Nanotechnology and its Environmental Applications by Prof. Suresh C Pillai, Head of Nanotechnology and Bio Engineering Research Division, Institute of Technology, Sligo, Ireland, Associate Editor of the Chemical Engineering Journal and Editorial Board Member of Applied Catalysis B. Dr. Smitha George was the Faculty coordinator of the programme and Ms. Varsha Varghese and Ms. Rosemary of I M.Sc Chemistry were the student coordinators. Students and teachers from around and outside India participated in the programme.
