The Department of Travel and Tourism conducted an International Webinar on the topic Research Methodology: Research paper Writing and Publishing. The resource person for the day was Dr. Renu Geetha Bai, Research Scientist, School of Natural Science and Health, Tallinn University, Estonia. The webinar was followed by an interactive session.
The Department organized a webinar on the topic Recent trends in Hospitality Industry and Opportunity. The resource person for the day was Mr. Joseph Melbin.
A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between St. Albert’s College (Autonomous), Ernakulam and Paradise Holidays in association with the Department of Travel and Tourism for internship and industrial expert talk.
The Department of Travel and Tourism organized a national webinar on the topic Customer Retention Management in Hotel Industry on 26th August, 2020. The Resource person for the webinar was Mr.Shilendran M, Vice president of Sales and Distribution wing, CGH Earth Experience hotels. Above 80 people participated in the webinar.
