The Department of Business Administration of St. Albert’s College (Autonomous) in association with Vertex Securities Limited organized a healthy refreshment beverage making competition Boisson Saine as part of the National Refreshment Day on 24th July, 2020. The competition was organized with an aim of spreading the message “refresh with a healthy sip”. The participants were asked to create an innovative drink and present the preparation of the same in a video less that two minutes long.
The competition was judged by Dr. Rosalind Gonzaga, Vice Principal (The Department of Commerce), Prof. Devika V (The Post Graduate Department of English) and Prof. Greeshma S (Department B.Voc. Renewable Energy).
The First Prize was awarded to Ms. Roxanna Philominia of St Mary’s School, Kochi for her Chickpea Organic Mojito and the Second Prize was awarded to Ms. Lilly Kansal of St. Francis College for Women, Hyderabad for the refreshment Sattu Drink. The prizes for the winners were sponsored by Vertex Securities Limited.
