Naisarg, the Albertian Nature Club in association with the Department of Botany organized an Inter Collegiate Poster Designing competition named The Mighty Tree for Eternity to commemorate National Tree Day. The contestants created posters of trees depicting their economic importance, medicinal values and other miscellaneous uses. The first prize was bagged by Ms. Anupama V of Sacred Heart College, Thevara. Rajalakshmi S. Kumar and Sneha S. Shenu of Sacred Heart College, Thevara jointly received the second prize.
