• A play titled “Madhavi” was conducted by the Department of Hindi on December 2007.
  • A UGC Sponsored national seminar on “Reinterpretation of Women in Contemporary Hindi Novels” was organized by the Department of Hindi on 24th and 25th September 2009.
  •  The Department of Hindi in 2012 held a seminar titled “Dalit Jeevan”.
  •  On 3rd and 4th September 2015, the Department organized a two day UGC sponsored national seminar on “Metropolitan Civilization in Hindi Novelette”
