The English Department of St. Alberts College (Autonomous), Ernakulam organised a guest speaker for the chapter Easter 1916 for the Second year BA English students on 18th August, 2020. The speaker for the event was Gayathri P J, Asst. Professor, Sacred Hearts College, Thevara. The class aimed at rereading this piece of art by analysing the moral aspects of the poem. As per the feedback from the participants, it was an interesting session.
