The Department of Renewable Energy Organised an intercollegiate Poster Designing competition in association with the Women Empowerment Cell as a part of celebrating Women’s Equality Day on August 26th, 2020. The theme for the competition was Women Empowerment/ Women’s Equality. Entries were received from all over the country including J&K. Ms. Rushanka Joseph Kottakkal from ICLES Motilal Jhunjhunwala College, Mumbai won the first place, Ms. Shruti Pareek from Sophia Girl’s College, Ajmer Rajasthan won the second place and Ms. Elizabeth Treesa from St. Albert’s College (Autonomous) won the third place. Ms. Pearl Antonette Mendez (HOD in charge) was the staff co-ordinator and Ms. Amrutha T Babu from 3rd year B. Voc Renewable Energy was the student co-ordinator for the poster designing competition.
