The Post Graduate Department of Economics, St. Albertās College (Autonomous), Ernakulam in association with Rotaract Club of Cochin East conducted a Webinar on Mental health in Adolescenceā on the 10th of October, 2020. The speaker for the day was Dr. Prakash Chandran, an eminent Psychiatrist and Former District Governor, Rotary International District 3201. The talk was followed by an active interactive session with the resource person. This session instilled in the participants the need to take care of oneās mental health, especially during these tough times. His erudition in this field pacified the ambiguities of the listeners. Students and members of faculty from different departments of the college and from other colleges participated in the Webinar.
