The Department of Renewable Energy, St Albert’s College (Autonomous), Ernakulam in association with Women Empowerment Cell of the college organised a National webinar on Women in Society: Challenges on August 25th, 2020 as a part of celebrating Women’s Equality Day. The resource person for the day was Dr. Ajitha P S, Former Additional Director of Collegiate Education. She holds a Doctorate Degree in Inorganic Chemistry from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam. She served as a Principal in various Government colleges in Kerala and was also the Government nominee in various interview boards of Kerala PSC and was elevated to the position of Deputy Director of Collegiate Education. Around 100 people participated in the webinar. The Webinar was coordinated by Mrs. Pearl Antonette Mendez, HOD In-charge, the Department of Renewable Energy.
