Chemistry Alumni Association, Alumni Meet-2018 was held on 3rd November 2018. The Programme was inaugurated by Rev.Fr. Shaiju Thoppil, Director of Lourdes Hospital, Ernakulam, an Alumnus of the Department of Chemistry.
Dr.M.A.Solomon, Head of the Department, welcomed the gathering. Dr.Jude Martin Mendez, Former Head of the Department, presided over the function. Dr.M.L.Joseph, Principal delivered the Keynote address. Alumni from 1961 participated and shared their memories. Dr.P.A.Nelson proposed the vote of thanks.
Former professors of the department were felicitated with ‘Ponnada’ on the occassion.
A ten member committee was formed, with Sri. R.Hariharan, as the President and Sri.Franklin as the Vie-president. Dr.Vijay John Gerson was elected as the Secretary and Sri.Antony Xavier as the Joint- Secretary and Sri.Alex Kuriakose V.J as the Treasurer.
