About Sri. PrabhuChawla
Sri. PrabhuChawla was awarded the Padma Bhushan by the President of India in 2003. At present he is the Editorial Director of The New Indian Express Group. He has also won several national awards including The Hero Honda-Indian Television Academy (ITA) Best Anchor award for `SeedhiBaat’ 2005;  TV News Anchor of the year – Telly Awards 2003; TSR Kalapeetham Life Time Achievement Award for  1998; the GK Reddy Memorial Award for investigative reporting and current affairs-1989; and the Feroze Gandhi Memorial Award for excellence in journalism 1985-86.

Considered among India’s finest editors and columnists, Chawla is known both for sharp political analysis and investigative reports. He is also an authoritative and motivational public speaker at events organized by international and national academic institutions and Think Tanks to address contemporary politics, society issues, the economy and leadership . He is also a regular speaker at Tedx events. Today he is one of the most authoritative and credible voices in print as well as the visual media.
